Here they are according to an article by Susannah Breslin:
Take charge. a woman doesn't want to decide where to go. She will never tell you this, but it is true.
Smile. a woman is a strange, exotic, intuitive creature, and she responds well to positive reinforcement.
Mind your body language. Sit up straight, lean in closer, and keep your hands where she can see them.
Ask questions. women like attention, if you seem currious she will like it
Listen. Make sure you remember what she tells you about herself.
Use flattery, appropriately. Unexpected... but the article says... If at some point during our meeting, you tell us we are "beautiful," "attractive," or "pretty," we will like you better than if you didn't. It's. Just. That. Simple. (Hmmmm!)
Act confident. women like that
No pawing allowed. Basically keeps your hands away from the "Red Zones" let her invite you in...
Pay the bill... All the bill, even is she tells you she wants to pay half, she is not serious!
Finally... Say good night. Whether you chose a handshake, a hug, or a kiss to end the night, do it right.
