I think everyone has to be careful online these days as the criminal element is always looking to find ways of luring and enticing young people and that is why parents have to always monitor their children's online usage.
Also, Law enforcement is doing all they can but prisoners now have internet access and that makes it easier to illicit young people for their illegal purposes.
Whatever they may be. I say make the computers accessible to those prisoners who will use them responsibly and for those who don't, two words: SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.
